About Us

A Breath of Fresh Air.

Peaceful Pines B&B is a popular alternative to a typical hotel stay. We feature breathtaking hilltop and lake views, a new rustic pavilion with large rest/changing rooms, and two tent sites to accommodate up to 300 guests. The land around the house features beautiful sunrises and sunsets for picturesque wedding photographs.

In-house amenities include a fireplace, formal dining room, a spacious, bright living room, six bathrooms, and a business area with fax, copier, and scanner.

Outdoors around the house feature walkways, a pond, forest, spacious wrap-around decks, covered porches, water features, two gazebos, and a cooking/dining area with fire-pit (and we're helicopter-friendly!).

Thanks for checking out my B&B site. I have been working on this property for many years now and I truly enjoy sharing the space with friends new and old. Whether it is just a quick stop through town or a full family staying for a weekend wedding, there is nothing quite like offering the warmth of your hearth and some good old-fashioned Hamilton hospitality. At this time we cannot accommodate any pets.

Check out our gallery to see more photos of the property over the years.

"Feels like home"

We visited our daughter at Colgate last weekend and stayed at this beautiful B&B. The property is gorgeous. Kevin, the owner and host Was very hospitable and accommodating. The house is located on a hill and overlooks the valley and town. Amazing views. We stayed at the "apartment", a suite with a bedroom and sitting room. Great experience.

"Peaceful is exactly how you feel when you pull up the driveway."

Peaceful pines is a lovely bed and breakfast in a bucolic setting. It's grounds are impeccably maintained and the view is spectacular. The host, Kevin, greets you at the door with such warmth and hospitality that you can be certain that this B and B will live up to its name.

"A new friend in NY."

My daughter and I were to visit Colgate this month, but we had to cancel our trip. When we do go, or whenever I am in the general area, I will stop and stay with Kevin. It was such a pleasure discussing our trip and talking with him, I would recommend his B&B to anyone!
